Babes in the Wood
directed by Keith Rylands-Bolton & Graham Davidson
The story of
Babes in the Wood is a traditional pantomime that has
been told in many different languages and in many
different ways. This production is one of them. The story revolves around two innocent 'babes' who encounter all sorts of adventures in the forest surrounding their home. During the course of their adventures they meet with two escaped robbers, defeat the wicked witch and, at the same time, contend with their cruel stepmother. Not bad in one and a half hours! |
