| Katherine says she joined the company to
do "Henry IV" but it metamorphosed into
"Metamorphosis" in which she played the 3rd Lodger!
One of Katherine's LRP highlights was performing
on Lincoln's Theatre Royal stage when "Private Lives" toured
there as part of a Lincolnshire Echo theatre festival. During
Katherine's time with LRP she was a committee member and was
responsible for much of the company's publicity.
After the Mother Goose panto, Katherine was awarded a certificate for managing to keep her clothes on throughout the eleven performances... quite unlike her really! Katherine completed a course at Lincoln's Bishop Grosseteste College and in her spare time she was a heritage assistant at the Museum of Lincolnshire Life. Katherine then left Lincoln for University College London where she has now completed an MA in Museum Studies. She is now working at the RAF Museum in Hendon as an assistant curator. Since her move down south Katherine has joined another Little Theatre, the South London Theatre, where she is on the bar & social committees, childrens' publicity officer and helping out with the kids groups. Katherine is also a fan of rugby and cinema and military history. |
